About CMP
Christopherson Media Productions (CMP) is a sports and event media studio. Fees collected sustain our work capturing and preserving athletic memories and delivering accessible, high-quality media for the communities we serve.
Service Terms
All engagements begin with a booking request reviewed by our team. Once approved, a digital contract must be signed within the platform. A non-refundable retainer equal to 25% of the total fee reserves the date; the remaining 75% balance is due before any final media is delivered.
Payment & Delivery
Payments are processed securely. Final edited media is delivered through a private CMP gallery and is only unlocked once the balance is paid in full. Access is limited to the authenticated client account or a private access code — galleries are never publicly browsable.
File Download & Backup Reminder
Clients are strongly encouraged to download and back up all delivered files promptly. CMP retains galleries for a limited period only and is not responsible for files lost after the delivery window. Keep at least one additional backup copy of your media.
License & Use
Clients receive a personal-use license to delivered media. CMP may feature select images for portfolio and community purposes. Clients may opt out of promotional use in writing at any time.
Liability Limitations
CMP's total liability for any claim is limited to the fees paid for the affected engagement. CMP is not liable for events beyond its reasonable control, including weather, venue restrictions, equipment failure, or cancellations by third parties.
